Erin McFalls-Johnson, a 2012 graduate of the University of Arkansas, has been named 2013 English Teacher of the Year for Secondary Level Education by the Arkansas Council of Teachers of English and Language Arts.
Since 2004, the group has identified and honored outstanding English and language arts teachers annually, according to a news release.
