In January 2013, the University of Arkansas started “Points of Pride,” an online, monthly archive of stories and articles showcasing the “best of the best” in higher education, academics and athletics. In an effort to build awareness and promote the outstanding achievements of the university, its faculty and staff, and more importantly, its students, the Arkansas Alumni Association wishes to provide you with a monthly “Points of Pride” update.
In each issue of @Arkansas, you will find a circular icon labeled “Points of Pride” in the top right-hand column. Clicking on this icon will enable you, as the reader, to visit the Points of Pride archive on the University of Arkansas website. From there you can read about the 
exciting changes and outstanding achievements occurring at the YOU of A. As alumni and friends of the YOU of A, you are ambassadors and we invite you to use these Points of Pride when speaking to others about our great university.
