It is indeed an honor for me to extend to each of you a heartfelt greeting on behalf of the members of the University of Arkansas’ Black Alumni Society. As in the past, I am excited about our fellow alums coming back to the “Hill.” When you “COME BACK,” you are able to fellowship with former schoolmates, reminisce about the past, network, collaborate and meet new friends. When you “COME BACK,” you are able to be a part of that strong voice for the hundreds of African Americans who are here at the University as well as those who will “COME BACK” after us. It is paramount that we “COME BACK” in numbers in order for us to send a strong message to the University of Arkansas Community in saying that we are here to make a difference. When you “COME BACK,” you allow BAS to raise much needed Scholarship Money for our African American Students. Because of you, BAS has an endowed scholarship in the amount of $150,000. In order for BAS to continue that trend, we want you to “COME BACK” in 2013! We want you to “COME BACK” in 2015! We want you to “COME BACK” in 2017! In order words, we want you to always “COME BACK” back!. We look forward to seeing each of you when you “COME BACK TO THE HILL” on April 19-21, 2013.
Please, COME BACK for the fun.
