auburn_pregameAn early game and cold weather were not near enough to stop fans from showing their Razorback Spirit as Arkansas geared up to face off against Auburn. The Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House was alive with Pride & Passion as over 700 Razorback fans joined us for the Auburn vs. Arkansas Pre-Game Rally and got ready to cheer on the Hogs.

Razorback fans enjoyed an early morning breakfast with sausage, eggs, bacon, hash rounds and all while getting the opportunity to participate in the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural Food and Life Sciences Alumni Society’s silent auction to raise money for scholarships. The silent auction made over $1,500 for needed scholarships.

Of course, no Alumni Association Pre-Game Rally would be complete without a visit from the Razorback cheerleaders, some dancing and a few Hog Calls and most importantly time with your Arkansas Family.  This Pre-Game Rally we were even able to host some special guests, Guatemalan students, visiting the Amistad Foundation through the Arkansas World Trade Center program. Then it’s just a short walk across the street to Razorback Stadium to huddle together to stay warm and enjoy the game.
