Elizabeth Fiser is a senior majoring in Food, Human Nutrition and Hospitality from Little Rock, Arkansas. She is completing a dietetics concentration in the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences, as well as a communications minor. Elizabeth serves on the Student Alumni Board as Director of Alumni Relations.
As a fourth-generation Razorback, Elizabeth has such an admiration for the Arkansas Alumni Association. She started volunteering with the Student Alumni Association her freshman year and worked on several committees. She served as president of the Student Dietetic Association and Co-Chairman of Continuing Education for the Northwest Arkansas District Dietetic Association. Elizabeth had the opportunity to show school spirit during her time in college—from dancing at baseball games as an RBI Girl to coordinating pep rallies with the Arkansas Booster Club. She had the pleasure to represent Chi Omega Sorority as Recruitment Chairman and to make friendships that will last a lifetime through Greek life campus activities. She was honored to be on the Homecoming Court and to participate in the University of Arkansas’ homecoming festivities. She has enjoyed working with the dedicated staff at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House, and Elizabeth is proud of all that the SAB directors have accomplished this year. She hopes to complete a dietetic internship and to obtain clinical experience next year in the field of nutrition. Elizabeth has loved every day at the University of Arkansas!
