The Arkansas Alumni Association will ring the Toller Celebration Bell at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House at noon today in honor of Army ROTC cadet Daniel Staggs of Heber Springs, a senior at the University of Arkansas.
Daniel received the George C. Marshall Award, an award given annually to the top cadet from each of the 273 Army ROTC units around the nation.
