Reggie MillerReggie Miller currently works as a senior manager, HR Workforce Programs-Sam’s where he is responsible for diversity and inclusion and workforce segmentation for Sam’s Club. In addition, he also works as the lead faculty/area chair for strategic analysis/planning and financial planning, control, & risk management for the University of Phoenix. Prior to this role, Miller was a senior merchandise planner for Wal-Mart Stores-US. In that role, he supported the seasonal holiday business and briefly, the paint and accessories business.

Miller has also held a variety of leadership positions within HR of increasing responsibility. His diverse human resource background includes managing college recruitment, designing the corporate internship program, managing the corporate MBA program, non-exempt/exempt level recruitment, training and development, change management, HR generalist work and project management. Miller also has experience in supply chain management and store operations. In addition, Miller has worked in several business units, leading teams in merchandise replenishment and store operations.

Also, he served eight years as a sergeant in the U.S. Army as a logistics non-commissioned officer with assignments across the US and internationally in Germany, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan. Miller also is chair of UNITY, the African American Resource Group.

Miller has a Bachelor of Science in education with an emphasis in human resource development and a master’s in education with an emphasis in workforce development from the University of Arkansas. He also holds a MBA from Webster University.
