“The University of Arkansas is foundational to who I am. I’ve managed to connect myself to this institution in just about every way possible. I’m both an alum and a current student. I’ve been a parent. I’m a regular donor, and I serve on the staff. It’s a privilege to be a Razorback … to have my name on Senior Walk and to walk this campus every day supporting current and future students as I serve our alumni,” McKinnon said. “I am thrilled about our philanthropic membership model, which will launch on July 1. On this date, we will welcome all U of A graduates into Arkansas Alumni Association membership. We will refocus our efforts to create value for Life Members as we honor university-wide philanthropy through our new 1871 Membership. New Model. Same Mission. Greater Impact! I can’t wait for this new era!”
McKinnon began her career as a legislative correspondent for Senator Dale Bumpers before working with several non-profit organizations in Washington, D.C., and Memphis, Tennessee.
