Institutional Web Programmer

This position oversees the development of core news and information websites for the University of Arkansas. These websites are the focal point of news and information for our campus, alumni, and related interested parties. With a daily reach of thousands, this position ensures that we are able to deliver the news and information in a stable way via technology consistent with current trends.

Associate Director, Arkansas Territory

The Associate Director for the Greater Arkansas territory is responsible for managing all alumni engagement opportunities for the 64,000 alumni in Arkansas and the Memphis area including, but not limited to, support of all alumni chapters existing or formed in the area. Territory management includes planning, conducting and implementing programming for alumni in addition to collaborating with colleagues regarding planning communication and membership initiatives. In addition to territory management responsibilities, this position also coordinates assigned constituent groups (and others as developed) that are based on college affiliations. In addition to managing over 100 active alumni volunteers, this position supervises the Assistant Director for the Out-of-State Territory. Special projects including leading the Association’s annual state- and region-wide outreach program (The Pride of Arkansas Tour) are also a responsibility.

Assistant Director, Out of State Territory

The Assistant Director for the out-of-state territory is responsible for managing all alumni engagement opportunities for the 45,000 alumni that reside out-of state primarily through over 25 active alumni chapters and individuals who serve as regional representatives. Outreach is accomplished by properly leading and managing over 400 active alumni volunteers whom are off-site. Territory management includes planning, conducting and implementing programming for alumni in addition to collaborating with colleagues regarding planning communication and membership initiatives. In addition to territory management responsibilities, this position also coordinates one assigned constituent group based on academic or special interests. This position also coordinates the Association’s support of alumni involved in student recruitment functions including representing the University at local college fairs, awards receptions, special events and in high schools.
