Ebony Wyatt B.S.B.A.’03 joined the Arkansas Alumni Association National Board of Directors in July 2024 and serves on the internal relations and awards committees.

Wyatt is an Arkansas native and currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She attended Northside High School in Fort Smith before attending the University of Arkansas. Wyatt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Sam M. Walton College of Business in 2003.

From there, Wyatt began her career with General Mills, where she still works. During her nearly 22 years with General Mills, Wyatt has steadily progressed through various selling roles with stops in Georgia, Arkansas, North Carolina and Minnesota. She currently serves as sales vice president of North American Regional Grocery at General Mills.

Wyatt is a highly regarded business leader, brand consultant and public speaker. In addition to her corporate success, Wyatt has leveraged her professional influence into Ebony Wyatt Speaks, which she started in 2020.  She leads customized workshops on personal branding and storytelling for corporations, nonprofits and industry professionals.

Wyatt is also an active volunteer. She serves as chair for the Walton College Dean’s Alumni Advisory Council and was the former co-chair for NextUp Twin Cities in Minneapolis. From 2019-2022, Wyatt served on the Jones Center Development Council. She founded Multicultural Mommas of Northwest Arkansas in 2019, which now has 1,400 members. Wyatt also served as past president of General Mills Black Champions Network.

Wyatt has been consistently recognized for her leadership throughout her career. She was named a Twin Cities Business Top 100 honoree in 2024. In 2022, she earned the Bobbie O-Hare Impact Award and the Next Up Twin Cities Region Powering the Purpose Award. Wyatt has received the Young Alumni Award from both the Arkansas Alumni Association and the Black Alumni Society. In 2018, she was honored with the Silas Hunt ‘Young Pioneer’ award from the University of Arkansas.

Wyatt is a Life Member of the Arkansas Alumni Association. She lives with her husband, William, and their three children in Minnesota.
