2011 Black Alumni Society Reunion Theme: Return, Reflect, Renew

We are anxiously awaiting your return for the 10th Black Alumni Society Reunion. Did I say 10th? Yes, I did and it is with high honors that I inform you of the festivities being planned for your return. You will be able to rekindle those bonds with your fellow college mates and friends once again, as we continue to provide much needed scholarships, furthering the education of our African-American students enrolled at the University of Arkansas.

All Packed Up and Moving Out

Actually, we are not moving out of the building, but systematically moving offices in order to replace the entire carpeting throughout the facility. Some have said it is new carpeting, but as a testament to “how time flies,” the carpet has seen a dozen years of heavy use and needs replacement.

Dr. Morgan Receives Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Award

The Gamma Eta Chapter and the Upsilon Chi Chapters of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. recently celebrated Omega Psi Phi Achievement Week. During the ceremony, several awards were given for Citizen of the Year, Omega Man of the Year, and the Founder’s Award. The highlight of the program was Upsilon Chi and Gamma Eta Chapters acknowledging Bro. Dr. Gordon Morgan as the “Original Bridge Builder.”
