Understanding the pressures of paying for college, Jacob Davies is thankful to have received the 2011 Razorback Generations Scholarship from the Arkansas Alumni Association. Growing up in Springdale, Davies has been surrounded by the University of Arkansas culture and the Razorback pride.

Rondell Carter, of Springdale, is the latest recipient to receive the 2011 Membership Scholarship from the Arkansas Alumni Association. As a non-traditional student, she possesses a strong will to succeed.
Sandra Hill has received the “Roads” Scholarship for Non-Traditional students by the Arkansas Alumni Association. A resident of Springdale, Hill’s decision to attend the University of Arkansas is one that she knows will pay off when she receives her degree; a success that she hopes will set a good example for her children.
Elizabeth Chaffin, of Springdale, has been chosen to receive a $2,500 “Roads” Scholarship, presented by the Arkansas Alumni Association. Graduating from Springdale High School, Chaffin has expressed her interests in studying foreign languages and theatre while at the University of Arkansas. She believes this scholarship will allow her to pursue her intended interests, without the worry of financial burdens.
