Andrew Power has been selected by the Arkansas Alumni Association to receive the 2011 “Roads” Scholarship. A resident of Springdale, Power has proved to be a significant leader in many of his high schools’ student organizations.
Kyler Verhelst has been chosen by the Arkansas Alumni Association to receive the 2011 “Roads” Scholarship. Attending Har-Ber High School in Springdale, Verhelst not only dedicated herself to studying hard, but to getting involved.
Jackson Eldridge has been chosen by the Arkansas Alumni Association to receive the 2011 “Roads” Scholarship. Attending Springdale High School, Eldridge devoted much of his time to studying and participating in school organizations.
The Arkansas Alumni Association has chosen Brock Robertson to receive the 2011 Razorback Generations Scholarship. A resident of Springdale, Robertson took seven AP courses in high school “in order to better prepare myself for college courses,” he said.
The Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the Arkansas Alumni Association has chosen to award Bethany Fink with a $1,000 scholarship. A resident of Springdale, Fink is currently a senior at the University of Arkansas and is studying career and technical education in the College of Education and Health Professions.
Understanding the pressures of paying for college, Jacob Davies is thankful to have received the 2011 Razorback Generations Scholarship from the Arkansas Alumni Association. Growing up in Springdale, Davies has been surrounded by the University of Arkansas culture and the Razorback pride.
