While many children dream of becoming astronauts and president of the United States, Evan Fusco knew from the age of 10 that he wanted to practice medicine and become a doctor. Now, working as an emergency room physician at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, MO, Fusco, who is a life member of the Arkansas Alumni Association, reflects on his time at the University of Arkansas and appreciates the experiences and people who helped to guide him at the beginning of his medical journey.
