The Dallas Chapter of the Arkansas Alumni Association will host University of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart, on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Bent Tree Country Club, for the annual Dallas Chapter Banquet. Proceeds from this event support the Dallas Chapter scholarship fund benefitting University of Arkansas students from North Texas.

The award was presented during the 2011 chapter banquet on April 12. As a Mace Award recipient, the chapter’s name was inscribed on the base, and the chapter was awarded a $500 stipend to be used on a special event for the next fiscal year.
