Jennifer Conner has received the 2011 Board of Directors Scholarship from the Arkansas Alumni Association. A resident of Plano, TX, Conner is active in her high school’s various activities. A member of National Honors Society, captain of the speech and debate team and a volunteer attorney for Plano Municipal Teen Court, she manages to find a balance between her extracurricular activities and academics.
Amanda Trokey, of Kirkwood, MO, has been chosen by the Arkansas Alumni Association to receive the 2011 Board of Directors Scholarship. While many of her friends chose to attend Mizzou and KU, Trokey opted for something different.
The Arkansas Alumni Association has chosen to award Megan Troxell with the 2011 Board of Directors Scholarship. A resident of Tulsa, OK, Troxell is anxious to begin the next chapter of her life at the University of Arkansas.
The Arkansas Alumni Association has chosen Betsy Blessen as a recipient of the 2011 Board of Directors Scholarship, in the amount of $2,500. Growing up in Fairway, KS, Blessen attended school in Kansas City. She ran track and cross-country, played volleyball, participated in student council and choir, and maintained membership for two years in National Honors Society.
Kali Lantefield is the latest recipient to receive the 2011 Board of Directors Scholarship by the Arkansas Alumni Association. A resident of Leawood, KS, she was actively involved in many of her school and community activities. Not only did she hold leadership positions in Student Council and Model United Nations, but she was a mentor for freshmen students and a leader at Kanakuk Kamps.
Bryana Stevens, of Fairview, TX, is the latest recipient of the Arkansas Alumni Association’s Board of Directors Scholarship. Interested in sports, Stevens participated in cheerleading, volleyball and pole vaulting while in high school.
The Arkansas Alumni Association has chosen Myles Robinson as the latest recipient of the 2011 Board of Directors Scholarship. A resident of Fenton, MO, he was actively involved in sports through high school and excelled in both football and volleyball.
Grateful for the opportunity to attend the University of Arkansas, Stephanie Rice has been chosen by the Arkansas Alumni Association to receive the 2011 Board of Directors Scholarship. A resident of Springfield, MO, Rice participated in many school and community activities.
Sarah Pratt has been chosen by the Arkansas Alumni Association to receive the 2011 Board of Directors Scholarship. Attending Saint Agnes Academy in Memphis, TN, Pratt was encouraged to work hard and achieve good grades.
