The University of Arkansas recognizes outstanding seniors in a variety of ways throughout the
academic year, but one of the most prestigious honors is the “Senior Honor Citation” awarded by the Arkansas Alumni Association. Recognizing a top male and female each year, the award has established roots at the U of A beginning in 1965. Criteria for selection is based upon academic excellence, demonstrated leadership, significant extracurricular involvement, and campus and community involvement. This award truly serves to highlight two of the most capable students serving the University of Arkansas community. This year the honored awardees are Ryan Harris of Paragould and Kayln Williams of Edmond, Okla. Harris and Williams will receive a $500 cash award, permanent recognition at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House and a lifetime membership to the Arkansas Alumni Association. The Student Alumni Board congratulates these two outstanding students on their dedication and success in serving the Razorback community.
