During the summer of 2013, the Honors College student went on an extensive educational study abroad opportunity based out of Madrid, Spain, through International Studies Abroad. There, she obtained six credit hours through Antonio Nebrija University through communications and cultural reading classes. This experience allowed her to become a high-level Spanish speaker, a skill she will continue to use in her professional career.

Amy has been actively involved in Kappa Kappa Gamma Organization for four years, serving on the executive board for two years as both the recruitment and event chairman. Amy has led several student organizations, including Phi Upsilon, an honor society in the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food & Life Sciences that promotes selfless service to others and education.

By serving as the co-president of the Razorback Booster Club, she has helped bring school spirit together and encouraged team members to lead while hosting various school pep rallies throughout the year. She also serves as the events coordinator for the membership team on the Student Alumni Board and serves as assistant catering coordinator for Chartwell’s Events and Catering on campus.
